Originally known as Jake's Blend, this decadent coffee was created in 1975 for a Seattle restaurant. People loved the flavor so much we started blending it by hand in stores known as the "80/20 Blend" in homage to the pairing of 80% Yukon Blend and 20% Italian Roast.
