Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping for all subscription order shipments, and for orders over $50.

Please note that the minimum purchase amount of $50 is based on the order subtotal, after any discounts have been applied to your order. Any charges related to shipping, handling, taxes or fees will not be counted toward that minimum purchase requirement

Return Policy

We offer free returns on eligible items within 15 days of your order being delivered. We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Any returned items must be sent back to us in the following conditions:

Apparel & Accessories
Must be in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all tags attached.

Brewing Equipment
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Drinkware
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Bundled Items
Any Set, Collection or purchase of multiple items bought together at a bundled price must be returned in full to be eligible for refund. 

Final Sale

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Coffee products (regardless of condition) due to health regulations. Bundles containing coffee are final sale in their entirety.
  • Items with personalized embroidery.
  • "Your Go-To Starbucks™" customized items.
  • Add-on costs such as gift wrap, gift note, or personalization embroidery.
  • All other items marked Final Sale.

Starbucks Shop is not responsible for lost returns, including but not limited to, any returns sent back to our warehouse without prior authorization. 
This includes items returned in error, or items returned in condition not meeting our Return Policy requirements. 
All approved returns must be sent back to our warehouse with the provided return label, or with other trackable shipping.
